Where we ship

We ship from China to the United States and [other destinations]. For orders to US addresses we quote either port-to-port (FOB/CIF) or delivered (DDP) depending on your preference.

Methods and lead times

Lead times start after order confirmation and payment; they do not include customs clearance at destination.

Duties and taxes

Unless an order is quoted DDP, import duties, tariffs and destination taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide HS codes and commercial documents so your broker can clear the shipment without delays.

Returns

Because most orders are cut or produced to specification, returns are accepted for material that does not match the agreed grade, dimensions or documentation. Contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos and the packing list number, and we will arrange replacement, credit or refund.

Custom-cut and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged or short shipments

Note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, photograph the packaging, and email us within [48] hours. We will file the claim and send replacement material where applicable.
